COACHING FOR COMPETITIVE EXAMS

2. Optional Subject

Out of above 56, about 16 candidates whose optional subject coaching fee was sponsored by Sikhs4All appeared in KAS Preliminary Exams which were conducted in 2017. Students got trained for their respective optional subjects at Genesis Institute for Competitive Studies at Krishna Nagar (Opposite GGM Science College Jammu, J & K, India). The cost involved for coaching of optional subject at good institute in town was Rs 27,000/-per candidate. Some of the candidates sponsored by our Foundation got it free of cost and others paid a subsidized fee ranging from Rs 6,500/- to Rs 13,500/- per candidate.

Out of the above candidates, 11 had qualified the KAS Preliminary exams held in 2017. Further guidance was given to these 11 candidates at Genesis Institute and out of these 4 have qualified in the Main Exams.
